Burasari Elite Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules of the Burasari Elite Loyalty Program (“the Program”) operated by Burasari Group Hotels. By enrolling, you agree to these terms so you can enjoy your rewards with confidence and clarity.

1. Membership

1.1 Free to Join
Enrollment in the Program is free. Guests can register online, at the front desk, or through direct bookings.

1.2 Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. One account per person; companies or groups are not eligible.

1.3 Member Account
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details. Burasari is not liable for misdirected rewards due to outdated or incorrect information.

 

2. Earning Points

2.1 How Points are Earned

• Members earn 20 points per THB 100 spent on qualifying charges at participating hotels.
• Qualifying charges include rooms, dining, spa, and selected extras.
• Taxes, service charges, third-party bookings, and non-qualifying rates (such as staff, agent, or tour operator rates) do not earn points.

2.2 Bonus Points by Tier

• Silver: Base points + standard perks
• Gold: Additional multipliers
• Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador: Higher multipliers and exclusive rewards

2.3 Direct Booking Bonus
Points may be awarded at a higher rate for bookings made directly through Burasari websites, official reservations, or hotel channels.

 

3. Redeeming Points

3.1 Redemption Options
Points may be redeemed across all participating Burasari Hotels for:

• Free nights
• Room upgrades (subject to availability)
• Dining & beverages
• Spa & wellness treatments
• Signature experiences curated by Burasari
• Hotel credit (1,000 points = THB 250)

3.2 How to Redeem

• Points can be applied at the front desk or upon checkout.
• Members must present their account or registered ID at time of redemption.
• Some rewards may be subject to blackout dates, limited availability, or advance booking.

 

4. Membership Tiers & Benefits

4.1 Qualification
Tier level is based on the number of qualifying nights per calendar year. Benefits vary by tier: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador.

4.2 Benefit Use

• Complimentary benefits (such as spa, breakfast, or laundry) are limited to one use per stay unless otherwise stated.
• Upgrades are subject to room availability at time of check-in.
• Airport transfers, where offered, must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

 

5. General Rules

5.1 Non-Transferable
Points, rewards, and membership status are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

5.2 Expiration
Points remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Program Changes
Burasari Group reserves the right to modify benefits, earning structures, or participating properties at any time, with or without notice.

5.4 Account Termination
Membership may be suspended or canceled if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these T&C is detected.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Hotel Responsibility
Burasari Group is not liable for losses resulting from system errors, account misuse, or partner non-performance.

6.2 Guest Responsibility
Members are responsible for safeguarding their membership information and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and Laos (depending on the property of stay). Any disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.
