Silver – Entry tier with full access to earning and redeeming points.
Gold – Bonus multipliers and enhanced benefits.
Platinum – Premium rewards, upgrades, and exclusive offers.
Titanium – Priority privileges and personalized services.
Ambassador – The highest level of recognition with tailored elite experiences.
Tier level is determined by the number of qualifying nights per calendar year.
Complimentary benefits (such as spa credits, breakfast, or laundry) apply once per stay unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.
How to Earn Points
Earning with Burasari Elite is simple and automatic.
- Earn 20 points for every THB 100 spent on qualifying charges at participating hotels.
- Qualifying charges include: rooms, dining, spa, and selected extras.
- Points are not awarded for taxes, service charges, third-party bookings, or non-qualifying rates (staff, agent, or tour operator rates).
Bonus Points by Tier:
Higher tiers enjoy additional multipliers for faster point accumulation.
Direct Booking Bonus:
Enjoy additional points when booking directly through Burasari websites, hotel reservations, or at the front desk.

Burasari Elite Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
- Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Guests may register online, at the front desk, or through direct bookings.
- One account per person; companies or groups are not eligible.
- Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details. Burasari Group is not liable for misdirected rewards due to outdated or incorrect information.
2. Earning Points
- Members earn 20 points per THB 100 spent on qualifying charges at participating hotels.
- Qualifying charges include rooms, dining, spa, and selected extras.
- Taxes, service charges, and non-qualifying rates (e.g., staff, agent, or tour operator rates) do not earn points.
- Bonus Points: higher tiers (Gold, Platinum, Titanium, Ambassador) receive additional multipliers.
- Direct Bookings: Points may be earned at a higher rate when booking directly via official Burasari channels.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for:
- Free nights
- Room upgrades (subject to availability)
- Dining, beverages, and spa treatments
- Signature experiences
- Hotel credit (1,000 points = THB 250)
- Points can be redeemed at the front desk or upon checkout.
- Members must present their registered ID or member account when redeeming.
- Some redemptions may have blackout dates, limited availability, or require advance booking.
4. Membership Tiers & Benefits
- Tier level is based on the number of qualifying nights per calendar year.
- Benefits vary by tier: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador.
- Complimentary benefits apply once per stay unless otherwise stated.
- Upgrades are subject to availability at check-in.
- Airport transfers, where offered, must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
5. General Rules
- Points, rewards, and membership status are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
- Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
- Burasari Group reserves the right to modify program benefits, point structures, or participating hotels at any time.
- Membership may be suspended or terminated if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
6. Liability
- Burasari Group is not liable for system errors, account misuse, or partner non-performance.
- Members are responsible for safeguarding their account information and notifying the program of any unauthorized use.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and Laos, depending on the property of stay.
Any disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.
