As Founder and Managing Director, Ms. Lily oversees the corporate team and directs sales efforts from the Bangkok Corporate office.
Her personal involvement in every project's development phase underscores her commitment to driving excellence and delivering exceptional experiences for guests. Through her vision and guidance, Burasari Group has emerged as a leading boutique hotel brand, renowned for its unique heritage, central locations, and aesthetic excellence.
Ms. Saraikorn Taepakdee, as General Manager, brings extensive expertise in boutique hotel management with a focus on personalized guest experiences and operational excellence. Her leadership journey includes serving as Resident Manager at Shanghai Mansion Hotel and W22, where she spearheaded innovative strategies to enhance service quality. Driven by a passion for hospitality, she envisions creating a seamless blend of tradition and modernity, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay.
Mr. Chatnapat Sreesuntorn, the Hotel Manager at W22, is a graduate in Hotel Management with a strong foundation in hospitality operations. Known for his dynamic leadership and attention to detail, he has successfully led multiple projects that prioritize team development and operational efficiency. He aspires to create an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Francia Andriamahenintsoa Martinez, a native of Madagascar, joined Burasari Group in 2013 as a trainee at Burasari Resort Patong after graduating Bachelor degree from the prestigious University of Vatel, France. She has since made Thailand her home and built a solid career within the company with different positions at Burasari Group throughout the years. She is currently Operations Manager at Island Escape Burasari and Group CRM & Digital Marketing Manager for Burasari Group, while also pursuing an online MBA at Westford University Dubai, UAE.
Francia’s vision focuses on implementing the group’s first Elite Loyalty Program, enhancing guest reputation online, and driving thriving social media marketing. This is achieved through strong operations team dedicated to exceptional guest service and a “feel at home” experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and personalized stay. Her academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience across Burasari, enables her to contribute significantly to the group’s growth, innovation, and continued success.
Mr. Suthee Yeesoon (Ben), Resident Manager & Assistant Manager, began his career in the front office, embodying a can-do attitude that has propelled his growth in the hospitality industry. His role as Assistant Managing Director allowed him to gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of business operations. Today, he leads his team with the same inspiring spirit, fostering collaboration and excellence to position the hotel as the premier boutique destination in Bangkok.
Khun Sanya Phojathoom (Ooh), Group Director of Revenue, brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in hospitality, beginning as Assistant Reservation Manager at Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa. Over the years, he has excelled in roles such as Front Office Manager, Revenue Manager, and Director of Revenue at renowned international chains, including Outrigger, Centara Grand, Six Senses, and AKARYN Hotel Group. With his deep expertise in revenue management and reservations, Khun Sanya leads the Burasari Group’s revenue strategy and reservation team, driving operational excellence and maximizing performance across all properties.
Ms. Darisa Tansiri (Lisa), General Manager of Villa Escape Burasari Residence, has been an integral part of the Burasari team since 2011, advancing through several management roles across various locations. With her extensive experience and dedication, she now leads Villa Escape, ensuring it embodies the exceptional standards and personalized experiences synonymous with the Burasari brand. Passionate about hospitality, she takes pride in creating memorable stays that capture the essence of luxury and relaxation.
Ms. Wannapha Rattanaphong (Oon), General Manager of Burasari Resort and Group General Manager Spa Burasari, is a seasoned leader with over 12 years of dedicated service at Burasari Group. Renowned for her expertise in training and team development, she is committed to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment. Her leadership ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of operational excellence across the company.
Ms. Tuankujahhaning Tuansamaae (Ning), Corporate Financial Controller and Financial Analyst at Burasari Group Co. Ltd., brings over 34 years of managerial experience across diverse industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok, and is a certified CPD professional in accounting. Ning oversees audit processes, accounting policies, and financial reporting for the group’s properties, leveraging her expertise to optimize procedures and strengthen financial control measures. Her meticulous approach ensures operational efficiency and financial integrity across the organization.
Kanruethai Roongruang (Kan) is the Chief Executive Officer of Island Escape Burasari and Villa Escape Residences, where she leads the strategic direction and oversees the overall business operations of both properties. With a strong focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and long-term growth, Khun Kan is responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality across all departments, and aligning both brands with Burasari Group’s vision of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Arjaree Seangarnon (Aoy) is the Group Director of Sales at Burasari Group, bringing with her a solid track record of experience and dedication within the company. Having previously served as the E-Commerce Manager for Burasari Phuket, Burasari Heritage, and Shanghai Mansion, Khun Aoy has played a key role in driving digital strategy and performance across multiple properties. With several years of hands-on experience at Burasari, she now leads the sales team with a deep understanding of the brand, a sharp commercial mindset, and a strong commitment to growth.
