is the Founder and Managing Director of Burasari Group. Ms. Lily heads the corporate team and oversees the sales team our Bangkok Corporate office.
She is personally involved in the development phase of all projects and directly responsible for driving the corporate sales team. Prior to 2002, she was the Vice President, Investment Banking for Bear Stearns Company in New York.
is the Group Financial Controller of Burasari Group. As the head of the accounting department, she oversees the audit, accounting policies and financial reporting of all properties. Ms. Thanaporn is credited with streamlining accounting procedures and putting in place control mechanism for all properties.
is the Head of Marketing & Communications team. Ms. Nuansri joined Burasari Group in 2008 and is in-charge of Public Relations for all properties. She started the graphic team, enabling Burasari Group to produce all printed material in-house.
heads our Customer Relations, Social Media and Direct Mail team. Ms. Janis started this department when she first joined Burasari Group in 2009. She is responsible for the high repeat customer count and high customer satisfaction rating in all properties. Ms. Janis also personally trains all customer service related courses and plays a key role in boosting staff morale and motivation.
is our General Manager at Burasari, Phuket. He is our key driver for embracing new technologies and collecting & analyzing customer data. With Mr. Lukas’s extensive background in F&B, he supervises all new restaurant outlets openings and conceptual design.
is our General Manager at both Shanghai Mansion and Burasari Heritage. Ms. Woralak joined us in 2008 as a Purchasing Manager for Burasari. She has worked her way up to Operations Manager at Burasari, General Manger at Burasrai Heritage and now her responsibilities also include overseeing Shanghai Mansion.
is the Group General Manager for our Spa team. Ms. Wannapha has helped to created the Spa Burasari Purification Process and the Singing Bowl treatment, which are the hallmark of Spa Burasari. She plays a major role in bringing Spa Burasari to an international level.
is Burasari Group’s Director of Sales and is responsible for raising the company’s profile across international and domestic sales channels. Ms. Mattana's business savvy and sharp knowledge of the global tourism industry enables her to leverage Burasari Group’s distinctive and dynamic hospitality, lifestyle and leisure attributes vis a vis emerging market trends.
is the creative mastermind of Burasari Hotel Group’s visual brand image. Ms. Katika has a nuanced understanding of visual marketing, and her visual designs effectively communicate Burasari’s aesthetic essence and brand to a broad, multicultural audience.
