The Founder and Managing Director of the Burasari Group, Ms. Lily is personally involved with the development and design of all projects and directly responsible for driving our corporate sales team. Prior to 2002, she had a career in investment banking and was the Assistant Vice President of the Mergers and Acquisitions division for Bear Stearns in New York.Interview
Joined us in 2008 as a Purchasing Manager for Burasari Ms. Woralak has worked her way up to Operations Manager at Burasari, General Manager at Burasari Heritage and Shanghai Mansion. Currently she is our Group General manager as well as Purchasing Director.
Our present General Manager in our Vientiane property La Seine Hotel. Having progressed her experience with us in a number of management roles at different locations since 2011 as GM, she now enjoys having the responsibility for Vientiane’s most luxurious boutique hotel.
Group Director of Revenue, with over 23 years experience providing clear-sighted, streamlined revenue management, Mr.Sanya keeps Burasari Groups account and revenue sheets in pristine form. Mr.Sanya has worked with Thailand’s most reputable hospitality companies, including Six Senses & Spa, Evason Hua Hin, Veranda Resort & Spa Cha-am, Centara Grand West Sands Resort & Villas, Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, and Akaryn Hotel Group
Had experiences working in both Shanghai Mansion and W22, Burasari’s properties in Bangkok. She is currently Hotel Manager at our W22 property where she has led our team there since the hotel opened in September 2018. Ms. Saraikorn is a strong believer and advocate of Burasari’s ‘feel at home’ ethos and ensures that her team at W22 deliver on this promise for every one of our guests.
Currently, the Group General Manager for our Spa team. Ms. Wannapha has helped to create the Spa Burasari Purification Process and the Singing Bowl Treatment, which are the hallmark of Spa Burasari. She plays a major role in bringing Spa Burasari to an international level.
Corporate Human Resources and Training Director, Group Director for Human Resources & Training, Ms. Thanaporn “Lorna” Pruesakij leads all efforts related to achieving staff development and training to achieve superior customer service across all Burasari properties. Formerly an English instructor at Assumption University in Bangkok, Ms. Prueksakij received her MBA in HOtel Management at Chulalongkorn University. She served as Department Head of General Subjects at the International Hotel & Tourism Industry Management School (I-TIM) before joining Burasari Group. Her expertise in training and inspiring students to achieve their personal best has enhanced both staff performance and guest experience.
With over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including management in leading international luxury brands in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, Mr.Patrik brings a wealth of experience to lead the team as General Manager of Burasari Phuket. With his exciting, dynamic management approach and operational expertise, he is a valuable asset to Burasari Group.
Is originally a native of Madagascar, she joined the team at Burasari in 2013 making Thailand her new home. Ms. Francia currently fulfills the role of Assistant Head of Customer Relations. As well as monitoring and managing the Group’s guest campaigns, she is focused on ensuring that all of our guests across all of our properties enjoy the levels of service and satisfaction that they expect. Ms.Francia helps achieve this through the training & development of our staff teams.
